Set within Sanctum on the Green, Luke’s Dining Room is the heart of the hotel, somewhere where guests can relax, locals can enjoy a pint and anyone can come and enjoy themselves and the menu that Luke has put together.

At only 21 years old Luke Thomas is putting his own spin on classical British cooking with an aim to produce a seasonal menu that can be enjoyed by all using the best British suppliers as local as possible including our own herb garden.

Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and Sunday lunch with a great bar snack menu to enjoy after a few drinks!
